How did you lower you totem I have broken 6 forks this year I need to use a totem now plz help me thanks

I have the solo air. I've only lowered smaller forks so I'm not to sure what to do and I don't really want to mess with it because it's so expensive.

You just put a spacer on the negative spring side on the left internals right? The dammpening side remains untouched? I want to lower it to 110. Sorry for the trouble, your help is appreciated.

How hard was it to lower the totem? Was is just a spacer in the neg spring side or did you have to do something to the air catridge? cheers
